Each module can be booked individually. The overview shows point by point what it contains — and which devices it is operated from.

Maintenance lists

Tick off inspection points instead of keeping binders. Every completion gets a time, a name and a record — the evidence is there before anyone asks for it.

What is recorded, the platform works through per vehicle

Two connections are the core of the overview: number fields from the maintenance lists and consumption bookings from chemicals & stock flow into the analysis with no step in between. No transfer, no second spreadsheet.

Outliers are flagged. Creeping excess consumption shows up within the month, not only in the utility company's annual bill. The effort: entering meter readings once a month — a few minutes.

Roles and permissions

Everyone sees their own site — and within it only their modules

Permissions are limited twice: first to the site, then to the module. An employee ticking off maintenance lists sees no damage case files — and no second site.

Super admin

Unrestricted access and all permissions — across all sites. Usually the owner or the management.

Site admin

Access and permissions limited to their own site. Sees all modules and processes of their site, not those of the others.

Employee account

Enabled per site and per module: damage claims, stock, maintenance lists or reviews. More permissions only exist if someone grants them.

Basic (tablet)

The account for the on-site tablet: kiosk mode, PIN-protected, with no access to analyses, case files or settings.

Data sovereignty

Data protection is not a chapter in the contract but part of the architecture

Servers in Germany

Hetzner, Nuremberg and Falkenstein. Personal data — name, address, number plate — sits on a separate interface, not in the same data set as your operational data. Only login, email delivery and push notifications run via Google; this may involve a transfer to the USA.

Local AI without internet access

We run the language models for rejection letters and draft replies ourselves in Germany; they have no access to the internet. The case does not leave the system. You read the draft, change it, approve it.

Encryption and access

Database encryption with AES-CBC, TLS for every connection, two-factor login and roles per account. Daily backups.

Documents before signing

Data processing agreement, data protection impact assessment and TOM documentation are available before you sign — not on request.
